Diddy Sued Over ‘Notorious’ Billboard Scene

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ movie company, Bad Boy Films, has been sued by the legendary Hollywood billboard model Angelyne.

The voluptuous Tinsel Town icon claims that one of her billboards was featured in the Biggie Smalls’ biopic “Notorious” without permission. The sign pops up during a 12-second scene. Angelyne’s federal copyright infringement suit states, “At no time has Angelyne authorized any of the defendants to reproduce, or adapt distribute any image containing her copyrighted billboard for use in the ‘Notorious’ motion picture.” Angelyne is demanding up to $100,000 in damages.



In addition to Bad Boy Films, the lawsuit targets Fox Searchlight Pictures and State Street Pictures.
